How to Sign Up at Bromley

All applications are accepted in the order that they are received, so apply now before it is too late!

TIP: You can submit your housing application at Bromley Hall before receiving your official acceptance to the University! If you are not accepted to the University, you can cancel your Bromley contract without penalty, less the nonrefundable application fee.

How to Apply to live at Bromley

First, you will need to access our online Application Portal to begin your application. Follow the steps below to ensure your application is complete.

1. Register an account or log in if you have already created one to begin an application.
2. Fill out your personal information.
   Please make sure to fill out the STUDENT’S personal information because they are the contract holder.
   Parents, your information will be entered as the Guarantor.
3. Complete your roommate profile questions.
4. Select your meal plan.
   TIP: Meal plans can be changed up until the first day of classes. You can change them in the portal,
   even after you complete your contract, up until April 15th. After that, you will need to email our
   Business Office.
5. Select your 1st and 2nd room type preferences. See Room Type Descriptions here.
   Your room type selection can not be changed in the portal after you have completed this step in the
   application process. If you would like to make changes to your preferences after you have already
   completed this step, you will need to email our Business Office. Room type requests will be
   accommodated on availability.
6. Find a roommate.
   You can search for a screen name in our portal, filter your results based on profile question answers, or see
   a list of suggested roommates that would be a good match with you. Check out the Application
   Walkthrough YouTube video for more details. TIP: You do NOT have to select a roommate to complete the contract. You can come back and find a
   roommate anytime in the Portal until June 15. Also, remember that you will only be able to match
   with roommates that have the SAME room type preference.
7. Review our Room & Board Agreement and Bromley Hall Rules & Regulations.

8. Pay your $150 Application Fee.
   Please refer to the Bromley Hall Room and Board Agreement and check out our FAQ page for more information about contract cancellation fees and refunds.

YOUR APPLICATION IS COMPLETE! CONGRATS!

After you apply what happens next.

After you submit your contract in the portal, our Business Office will email you within 10 business days to confirm your contract, based on room availability. Room Assignments will be sent out to your University Email address by late July. (Residents have until June 15 to confirm roommate/suitemate requests).

MEAL PLANS

Meal plans can be changed up until the first day of classes. You can change your meal plan in the portal until April 15. After that, you can email our Business Office at info@bromleyhall.com.

ROOM PREFERENCES

Room preferences cannot be changed in the portal after you submit your contract. Requests to change your room preferences can be emailed to info@bromleyhall.com. Our Business Office will accommodate any changes where possible depending on availability.

ROOMMATE SELECTION

You are able to go back into the portal and modify your roommate selection at any time until June 15. All roommate requests must be confirmed in the portal by this date.

SUITEMATE REQUESTS

To request a suitemate, please email our office at info@bromleyhall.com as suitemate requests cannot be made in the portal. All suitemate requests must be mutually confirmed via email by June 15. Our Business Office will accommodate all requests where possible but requests cannot be guaranteed.
