Bromley Hall is one of the most popular places on campus, primarily because Bromley Hall offers an exceptional value for your money. When you consider all the fantastic amenities, our rates and the benefits of living at Bromley Hall in comparison to the other Privately Owned Certified Housing facilities and the University Residence Halls, you can easily see why students choose Bromley Hall. Our room and board rates are all inclusive.

How do I pay for my room and board?
When you sign up to live at Bromley Hall, you will automatically be set up on a 4-payment plan with payments due June 15, July 31, October 31, and December 31. Bromley Hall does offer two additional payment plans; a financial aid plan which allows you to defer your payments until October 1 and February 1, and a monthly payment plan that allows you to spread your payments over 7 months. There is a $200 charge if you select one of the additional payment plans.
