Parent Testimonials
We were both relieved and delighted when our daughter chose to live at Bromley during her Freshman and Sophomore years. Our first visit was so positive. What an inviting and comfortable lobby area, perfect for students to study, relax and visit with friends before a cozy fire! The building was secure, well maintained and clean; the staff competent and friendly; and, the location close to the main Quad, Green Street and the Stadium. Overall, the atmosphere was very nurturing, and our daughter was proud to call Bromley her home away from home.
Our daughter made many good friends at Bromley Hall which enhanced her first year experience at the U of I. The study rooms on each wing are a wonderful, quiet place to study without even leaving your floor!
I had two daughters reside at Bromley Hall. The facility is very clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and professional, with attention to detail. The amenities are first rate with a wonderful dining facility. It is the best value for your money on campus!
Bromley Hall has offered a premier living residence to my three children. They have had spacious rooms with regular cleaning service. They have used the fitness center without having to leave the building for a break in studying and they have enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool in the lobby. They have found the bus route near Bromley Hall to be very convenient and are only blocks away from the Athletic and Recreation Center/Sports Complex, Main Quad and Campustown.
